1. The SD-Data you've downloaded via PC should be placed In SD-Card/Android/Obb/Here!!!.
2. Once you click the download link you have to wait for 5 seconds and then to Continue to the download page.

Why one post multiple times? 

The file is not uploaded multiple times. As the developer updates the application we upload a new updated file with a new version mentioned in the caption.

How to know which is the latest version?

Visit the play store link given at the end of each post and scroll down to see the current version of the application. You can also know which is the latest version by looking at the date and time the file was uploaded as the one recently uploaded will be the latest version.
